Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping across the world is really hard but we're committed to serving our entire community. If you encounter issues ordering to your address please reach out to us at shop@huggingface.co and we'll do our best to troubleshoot.

How much does shipping cost?

Currently, all orders ship free!

Are duties and taxes included in my order?

Unfortunately, no—duties and taxes are not included. The recipient of the shipment may be required to pay import or customs taxes upon receiving the order, regardless of whether it is a gift or was purchased with a 100% promo code. These taxes are determined by the country of import and are beyond our control. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes in order to receive the package.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, please email shop@huggingface.co

Do all items in orders always ship together?

With the exception of Craiyon t-shirts—which are printed on-demand and shipped separately—items in the same order ship together.
